ARTICLE VII

TRUSTEE SUCCESSION

7.01 Initial Trustee. MARGARET E. HOLLOWAY shall serve as the initial Trustee of each trust created under this instrument.

7.02 Successor Trustees. If MARGARET E. HOLLOWAY ceases to serve for any reason, DANIEL R. HOLLOWAY shall serve as Trustee. If DANIEL R. HOLLOWAY fails or ceases to serve, NORTHERN PACIFIC TRUST COMPANY, N.A., shall serve as Trustee.

7.03 Waiver of Bond. No Trustee shall be required to give bond or other security in any jurisdiction, any statute to the contrary notwithstanding.
